The most qualified person to assess your hearing system is an Audiologist. They are University Educated specialists with a minimum Doctorate degree in Audiology. They are licensed and certified by the state and have gone through years of rigorous training in all disorders of the hearing system.

Meet our Qualified Staff

Our mission is to provide the best Audiologic and Speech-Language Pathology services in East and Southeast Iowa. Our primary scope of practice is Clinical Audiology with pediatric Speech-Language Pathology services now available on a limited basis in the Iowa City area. Concha Audiology and Rehabilitation is a practice based in Mount Pleasant, ‘with additional offices in Ft. Madison, North Liberty and Keokuk to service Southeast Iowa. Del Concha, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA and Victoria Concha, M.A., CCC-SLP are the owners of the business.

Victoria Concha provides our speech-language pathology services.

Patients who are referred to our clinic, or choose to come on their own, will find that we are honest, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing healthcare and speech-language pathology.


Del Concha, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA
Del Concha, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA is originally from Taos Pueblo Indian Reservation, New Mexico and received his B.A. in Speech Pathology and Audiology, and M.A. in Audiology from The University of Iowa. He received his Au. D. from Salus University. His clinical background has included internships at Physician’s Clinic of Iowa, department of ENT, St. Luke’s Hospital department of Audiology, and Clinical Audiologist for the ENT Health Center in Keokuk and Fort Madison. Del Concha’s research background consists of 3 years as a research assistant in the University of Iowa Department of Otolaryngology’s Cochlear Implant research program. He has worked with the citizens of southeast Iowa for the past 24 years, dealing with all clinical aspects of Audiology including: newborn screening, balance disorder assessment, industrial audiology, middle ear disorders in infants through adults, hearing evaluations in infants through adults, and hearing aid fitting in infants through adults.


Victoria J. Concha
Victoria J. Concha provides our speech-language pathology services.  Vicki received her graduate degree in Speech-language Pathology from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.


Allison Grand, M.S., SLP grew up in Macomb, Illinois. She received her undergraduate and graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. After receiving her master’s degree she moved to Southern Missouri and worked in the public school system, First Steps, the birth to three program, and worked with individuals with severe and profound disabilities. After twelve years working as an SLP, she moved to Iowa and is pursuing a career as an Audiology Assistant with Concha Audiology. She is currently working towards obtaining a Hearing Aid Specialist License. Since moving to Iowa, she has become an avid Iowa Football fan. In her spare time she enjoys visiting her two daughters who are currently attending MSU in Springfield Missouri and walking her dog Bella. She looks forward to serving the citizens of Southeast Iowa and making new and lasting friends in the area.


Stefanie Williams, B.S., HAS received her bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University in Communication Sciences and Disorders. After receiving her degree, she continued her education for an additional year at the University of Iowa in the Doctor of Audiology graduate program before taking time off to stay at home with her growing family. Now, she has obtained her Hearing Aid Specialist License and is thrilled to be working in hearing healthcare while also remaining local. As a long-time Fort Madison resident, she enjoys being active in the community and seeing familiar faces in the Fort Madison office.
